★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربتهم عن طريق تطبيق تلقاني وكان عندهم خدمة توصيل السيارة للبيت ? (لكن التسليم لازم يكون باحد الفروع)
للامانة تواصلهم قبل يجيبون السيارة كان جدا ممتاز بالاضافة الى اني عدلت وقت الاستلام ومشوا عالوقت اللي ناسبني عادي ، جربت من عندهم سيارة كيا ريو موديل ٢٠٢٠ سعرها كان حلو والنظافة جيدة ولكن تحسونها قديمة شوي ما كانها موديل هالسنة.
ماناسبتني ورجعتها من بكرا ووافقوا يرجعون المبلغ المتبقي وبرضو اجراءات الترجيع كانت جدا سلسة وسهلة ?
اشكر الاخ عبدالله بالاخص على حسن التواصل والتوجيه ماقصر معي ابد
ملاحظة : فيه لهم فرع على طريق الملك فهد غير موجود على قوقل ماب وهو الفرع اللي سلمت السيارة فيه ، ارسل لي اياه الموظف عالواتساب لانه كان فاتح بدري من الساعة ٨ ، بينما فرع العليا مايفتح الا ١٠ ونص
 I tried them through the Taqooqi app and they had a car home delivery service (but the delivery must be in one of the branches)
To be honest, their communication before they answered the car was very excellent, in addition to that I modified the pick-up time and walked around the time that suits me.
It was convenient for me and I returned it from Bakra and they agreed to return the remaining amount, and without the consent, the return procedures were very smooth and easy.
I especially thank Brother Abdullah for the good communication and guidance that will never fail with me
Note: they have a branch on King Fahd Road that is not available on Google Map, and it is the branch in which the car was delivered.
