★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعد ما سلمت السيارة اللي هي قديمه ومن الداخل تفضح ودخلت الصالة اصدرو علي فاتورة 90 ريال وغير كذا ما يردون على الاتصال !؟ القهر قيمتهم تقييم حلو برسالة وزارة الداخلية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة موظف الاستقبال اللي في المطار كويس وأخص بالذكر الموظف اللي في حي السليمانية جدا محترم وغيرت السيارة من عندهم ..
الايجابيات : الموظفين السعوديين ممتازين في التعامل اما في واحد مصري يرد عالجوال هذا يبغاله كورس في التعامل مع الزباين.
الايجار بعد 24 ساعة تحتسب الأجرة بالساعة وليست يوم جديد.
السلبيات : سياراتهم متهالكة لكنهم متعاونين في التغيير ان لم تكن راضي عنها ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسواء المكتب استاجرت سيارة اكسنت موديل 2020 وطلعت من المطار وكان حال السياره تلعب الكفرات وترج قسم بلله تقول بتفكك عليه اذا تعديدت السرعه 100 ليش مايكون هناك صيانة لسيارة بعد استلامها بعد العميل المشكله بعد الأتصال مايردون عليه تعاملهم سيئ
From the worst office, I rented an Accent model 2020, and came out of the airport, and the car was playing tires and shaking. It says it breaks down if the speed is increased to 100. Why is there no maintenance for the car after receiving it after the customer? The problem is after the call. They don't want to treat them badly.

المرة الأولى كانوا ممتازين في السعر و نظافة السيارة ممتازة.
المرة الثانية كل شيء سيء من تعامل و من رائحة السيارة و نظافتها.
و إشعار تغيير الزيت ظاهر
زائدا انه عند التسليم لم تصلي رسالة بإلغاء التفويض في المرة الأولى.
كل شيء سيء فعلا،
حالتهم صعبة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مكتب اخذت منه سياره. استأجرت سبارك كل ماوقف عند اشاره السياره تطفى وبالقوه تشتغل وكلها اصوات واللمبات الي في الطبلون كلها شغاله ووسخه واسعار غاليه
The worst office I ever took a car from. I rented a spark, everything that stops at the signal, the car turns off and with power it works, all sounds, and the lamps in the dashboard are all working and dirty and expensive prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of car rental. I took a car (impala) and the key hook of the car happenes to detach. On which i tried calling the customer service and no response. And upon returning the car, they behaved very badly especially and charged me 100 ryal for a detached key. That could have been fixed for 5 SR.
Not gonnna rent a car again from this place.
