Booked a car well in advance and it was confirmed for terminal 2 & no one is available on terminal2. They take us to terminal 5 and booked car is not available, waiting for 1.5 hrs to get a different Chinese car and no apologies. One of the worst experience.

I have book my car one week before arrival date full paid , unfortunately when I reach to the sixt office he said I don’t have any car , and he refused to cancel my booking, I had to pay double price to other company to get a car, and I have not received my money back until today even though I have send 4 emails to the company, they ask me to wait every time . اخواني شركة سكت شركة عالمية لكنها في الرياض عبارة عن شركة كذب .. ما انصحكم تحجزون عن طريقهم

Total scam. They say they have cars available, so you make bookings and pay in full in advance. But when you arrive at the counter they will tell you that no cars are available and you'd have to wait. You can then go through the hoops of paying higher charges to get another car, and wait forever for Sixt to refund your money. I don't understand how the company is allowed to operate.

It’s not fair that you took rent one day becauseI was late for one!! Others company give 2 hours. It was the first and will be the last time to deal with Sixt.

Booked a car 1 week in advance, and when I arrived they gave me a smaller car with no apology and with the same price. Also Tamm authorization was not cancelled promptly; “system down” they said. 1 hour later after drop off and authorization is not yet cancelled. And of course no answer when I call. Never again.

I have read countless horror stories renting cars while traveling the road but this experience was appalling even after reading the reviews here. I went to the counter where 3 workers were on their phones. I am literally 3 feet in front of their faces and I said hello and all 3 immediately looked up at me and looked right back down at their phones. literally 30 seconds pass by and I say "is anyone going to help me" they slowly and reluctantly start to ask me for my documents. sure enough the car I booked was not available but luckily it was the cheapest car so they gave me the next car up as a free upgrade. the one female worker speaks good English but everytime asking for something it's "give me...". then hilariously the boss shows up and all of a sudden they act so hard to look like they're all actively trying to help me. what a joke. UPDATE: I HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED FOR $266 I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS FOR BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER ABOUT THIS UPDATE 2: I have disputed the first charge and just got charged a second AND THIRD time again for the same amounts of $266. you are a disgrace to Saudi Arabia and I have nothing but pity and disdain for you. UPDATE 3: my bank notified me that this place submitted a copy of a receipt using a forged and fake signature 2 weeks after i left the country. simply disgusting and disgraceful creatures. the king should punish these criminals

Very poor customer service and unprofessional communication. I booked my car in advance for pick up at T2 but was directed to T5 which wasted quite a bit of time. Despite this delay from them, I was charged a full extra day upon returning the car 1.5 hrs late even though I was informed I could return the car 2 hrs late without extra charge. Lastly 3000 sar was deducted from my card as deposit, yet few days after return my card was charged extra and when inquired , I was told its traffic fines. When I asked, why it wasn't deducted from the deposit I paid already, I didn't get a response. In addition I asked for copies of the traffic violations and I was sent only one and have been following up for the second for more than a week, without any response from them. Please avoid this company if you don't want to be fleeced

I had some issues with my reservation and it was not on the list. So, Omar took care of it and we started to do the process manually. Meanwhile he even brought coffee for us since it was 2 a.m. and it was too early and too late for me. He is a very helpful person! Great experience.
