★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لإحقاق الحق وانصاف الشركة فلقد استأجرت منها سيارة MG سيارة جديدة ونظيفة ولكن لي ملاحظة على الشركة
١- فراغ السيارة من البنزين تماما بحيث أن علامة البنزين ظاهرة وهذه نقطة سلبية المفروض تُسلم السيارة فل ويتم تسليم السيارة فل وهذه مشكلة أغلب الشركات المحلية
٢-ارتفاع نسبة تحمل المستأجر ٣٠٠٠ وهذا مبلغ مبالغ فيه من أن السيارة مؤمنة على كل حال
٣- في حال تسليم السيارة للمستأجر العامل والشركة لاتبلغ المستأجر بالاضرار الموجودة في السيارة بحيث وقت التسليم من المستأجر يتفاجئ بغرامة تصله.
 To achieve the right and fairness to the company, I rented a new and clean MG car from her, but I have a note on the company
1- The car is completely empty of gasoline, so that the petrol mark is visible, and this is a negative point.
2- The high percentage of the renter bearing 3000, and this is an exaggerated amount that the car is insured anyway
3- In the event that the car is handed over to the working renter and the company does not inform the renter of the damages in the car, so that at the time of delivery, the renter will be surprised by a fine.

اولها موظفين غير محترمين و يتهمون العملاء
ثانيا عمال التشييك عند استلام السياره لابد انك تصور معاهم كل شي عشان ما يحملوك اي شي ماصوره مثل ما سو معاي
One of the worst rental offices that I dealt with for several reasons
The first is disrespectful employees who accuse customers
Secondly, the check workers when you receive the car, you must photograph everything with them, so that they do not carry you anything photographed, as they did with me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من التجارب السيئه وتم وعدم المصداقيه في الكشف ع السياره وتحميل المستأجر حوادث قديمه بالسياره ورائحة السياره كلها دخان وتعامل موظفين جداً سيء
From the bad experiences, and the lack of credibility in the detection of the car and the loading of the renter, old accidents in the car and the smell of the car are all smoke and the treatment of employees is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اضطررت الاستئجار منهم لأن كان هناك زحمه وللأسف الشركات المشترك معها ماعندهم سيارات . قرأت التعليقات عن هذه الشركه للأسف كلها صحيحه . عند التسليم خدش بسيط في المرآة الجانبيه وانا متأكد انه كان موجود قبل أن آخذها حاولوا ان يدفعوني قيمة اصلاح الخدش رغم بساطته بل وتفاهته .. انصح صاحب الشركة الموضوع يحتاج ادارة . واحس الموظفين يعملون بدون نشاط أكيد لاتوجد حوافز . والله على ما اقول شهيد.
I had to rent from them because there was crowding, and unfortunately the companies I share with do not have cars. I read the comments about this company, unfortunately, they are all correct. Upon delivery, a small scratch in the side mirror and I am sure that it was there before I took it. They tried to pay me the value of repairing the scratch despite its simplicity and even triviality.. I advise the owner of the company, the matter needs management. I feel the employees are working without activity, for sure there are no incentives. Allah is the witness for my words.

I lose the key of the car they take 4000!!! And did not even close the contract they keep say dont worry in the calls but with no any helps or official helps this is rhe worst experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly advise you to try any other car rentals! Extremely poor customer service, which is ironic as their motto is "we care". Well, we certainly saw none of that care. When trying to pick up the car, we were delayed ~40 min as they "could not find the car". It took the supervisor a couple of phone calls to agree to meet us outside, and sort it out. We were promised a discount which never happened. And when we tried to return the car, the employee was rude, would not talk, and just motioned to us to "leave". Definitely not returning.
