★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11-April 11:45PM The guy inspecting the car doesnt want to mark down all dents and scratches and yells at me saying this your first time renting fron budget why you need to mark everything no one will ask for anything when returning these scratches maximim 50 or 100 riyal they will deduct which is a lie ofcourse just talking bs, to have to deal with such an idiot after comming from a long flight is the last thing anyone would want whats the problem theirs a scratch mark it DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!
Alaso my company discount supposed to be 40% they only gave 30% which is standard discount for all customers saying its from the system even though when i reserved over the phone confirmed my company gets 40% discount not the standard 30% everyone gets i didnt really car only 60 riyals more over 4 days but just pleass remove this car inspector should never interface with any customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one in the booth upstairs. Went to garage no one there as well. Receiving guy comes up with no clue. Many phone calls later, even though rental paid bit still no clue. Was told 5 mn and another 5. Anyway. You get the picture. Another guy comes and still no clue what to do. Terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I rent a car in city that I am unfamiliar with. I go with something smaller. I got a Corolla. I was not disappointed. It served the needed purpose and the fuel was not empty when I got it.
Now when I went to pay and do the paperwork. The gentleman was super friendly and even went the extra mile and made a better deal than I got online. Fantastic service and friendly people...more than what I expected.
