★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received an email a few days ago that I need to pay SAR 68 for supposedly returning a car late 21 months (!) ago. Seriously? Despite that I can proof that I returned it within the rental period, the customer service line is not interested to correct this. "As per company procedures there is nothing we can do." Customer service also claims that I must have missed many payment reminders, but they can't show a record. Also after I contacted the customer service by email, I receive a similar reply. Follow-up emails from my side to try to resolve the situation remain unanswered till now.

This company was recommended by my colleagues. I booked a car through the app in jeddah. I was charged 598SAR at the time of booking, when I reached jeddah there was no booking in my name so they made another booking for me.
I was not given a contract copy, I returned the car 1 day earlier than the number of booking days and my final bill amount was 460 SAR. I was promised the balance amount will be refunded but it never happened.
I urge all to be careful and stay away from this car renting company to avoid getting cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cooperative representatives, highly concerned about protecting client's rights (Loyalty program). Despite successfully executing my booking on mobile app, the car was not found available and returned to Yelo office to allocate an alternative option. This was repeatedly experienced and I hope Yelo will resolve this soon.

Unlike other car rental companies, the mobile app is very simple and reliable, and the rate I got was much cheaper than Booking.com and better options as well. The car (Corolla 2021) was very clean and in mint condition. And when I returned the car after 9hrs to King Khalid Airport, I was surprised when the staff refunded almost 25% of the rent value because I did not use the car for the full period.
