و أسعارهم مرتفعة شوية لكن بالمقارنة مع أسعار المكاتب الأخرى تعتبر ممتازة
تستحق أن تكون شركة يعتمد عليها دائما في ايجار السيارات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزي كان يوم و ٦ ساعات .. موعد تسليم السيارة الساعة ١٠ مساءاً .. وصلت المطار ٩:٥٥ وقفت السيارة واخذت اغراضي ودخلت المكتب .. الموظف يقولي ٧٥ ريال زيادة دخل عليك يوم جديد .. اترك لكم الصور يا اخوان تشرحلكم اكثر .. غير عدم الاحترافية والنصب واسلوب الموظف السيئ
My reservation was a day and 6 hours.. The car delivery time is at 10 pm.. I arrived at the airport at 9:55. The car stopped and took my things and entered the office.. The employee told me 75 riyals extra, a new day came for you.. I leave the pictures to you brothers, explaining you more..other Unprofessionalism, fraud and bad employee behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car condition was OK and price is competitive. But service was not good. Had to wait for longer period on counter unnecessarily. Does not speak English properly, staff has no proper customer service training it seems like. I wanted to return car one day in advance with no refund asked, but had to go back and return next day, as staff was not accommodating or understanding
