★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever Don’t even think of renting from this company ... I had to cancel my trip and head back to the airport to return the car and travel ... but they told me they don’t have cash to return back the money ... so they told me they would transfer the money back to my back account I spent a whole week without the money specially the amount was over 1000 SR .. I stayed in the hotel without doing anything and can’t buy something because of them .. not renting from them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have booked a car in 6-sep-2020 and the experiance was just the worst in my entire life . the waiting was too much because there is only one employee serving all and then the car was one of the dirtiest cars and the most bangged up car i have evver seen and by the way they gave me the car with a semi flat tyre and when i pointed it out they said this a sensor fault.... and returning the car was another story . remember that one employee serve all i found out that he gives priority to new rentals over closing ended contracts .. just baaaaaad . the last time to rent from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst customer service frok any company I've ever experienced. Both Terminal 1 and Terminal 5. Something which should take no more than 10-15 takes almost 4 hours because they have no awareness of time and customer service. Dodgy car provided which stunk of cigarettes, lasted me 10 days before the battery completely died. Instead of coming to replace the car, said I must come back to branch with the recovery truck to get this changed... nothing but awful service face to face and on the phone. This is definitely not how it's run in the UK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It truly was a horrible experience during car return on 16/12 morning at T5, guy took the car back and asked me to wait hours for invoice, saying he isn’t bothered if i had a flight to catch.
When I requested how much time it will take, the counter person started raising the voice and shouted “No invoice…..Go…”
Not sure what his issue was but i had to leave without invoice. thankfully I connected with customer service later and they helped in providing the same!!!!
