★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was rightfully refused boarding to a 4am Emirates flight (I arrived after manifest) and needed to get the next available flight. Emirates staff were not very helpful at all. I hadn’t booked with Al Tayyar but at 3am in an airport full of staff who didn’t care, Faisal on their downstairs desk gave me all the information I needed to solve my problem. I will book with them next time! Thank you Faisal for being cheerful and professional ???
