Really organized work flow the staffs arrived before 730am and fast service,friendly attitudes very supportive and detail explanations there was one staff who majored in psychology really helpful. whole team excellent with great leadership ? outstanding??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding appointment wasn't easy but after all they were friendly and welcoming. Oh btw be careful about stamps. I had to go Mofa for a sticker to my foreign driving license translation. (You get an appointment through Mofa website. So Can get in a day) . Driving test wasn't easy nor that hard. Ways are narrow, just need to focus not to touch barriers. And needs good skill about parking. There is a photo and video in the test office (I will also add here). Also YouTube has video of similar test.

This center is amazing and they are doing a good job. Also very quick service to give a driving test for ladies that already have driving license from another country.
We weren't aware mofa was needed on translated copy. 23kms away is another express gov service for more. Very impressed. Every one was kind and gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, absolutely amazing staff. The girls at the front desk were very helpful especially hessah. The guys who took the driving test are friendly and encouraging. Just make sure to do your medical test before you go. My abshar was not working so I showed up at 7:30 and they helped me out.

Once you go there with all requirements complete you get a driving test as shown by other reviews. One official person showed us how we are expected to follow the path of the test. It is also shown by a simulation on tv screen near waiting room for field test. Then he left the car. You take the car and follow the path yourself without someone sitting beside you. Your getting out of parallel-parking, driving straight, turns, reverse, usage of signal and parallel-parking car is checked. The car used for test was automatic.
If you pass the test you get a Saudi driving license. Overall staff is very cooperative and friendly. I did have some problem in communication sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replacement of license linked to old Iqama to new Iqama: I did my medical test at 6:30 am (Hittin Medical Complex), then went to the KKIA Traffic Office. Only needed to show my new Iqama and my old driving license, no need to any copy of documents (but had them just in case: passport, foreign license, copies of new Iqama and old license, medical tests, photos).
I showed up without an appointment - because Absher don't have the option Replacement of License from old Iqama.
I went extremely prepared and was wonderfully surprised that the process was smooth. They print the license right away ?
The most efficient Saudi staff - all women ???

You must have an appointment through absher. You also need to make sure you pay the fees online and have your medical done & upload online.
