★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attending Staff members who we interact initially with are good... They will suggest what are the services and offers available... Which are the best one to choose... I always do my car service from ALJ Service center... It was very good everytime but this time things are not went well... They didn't deliver the vehicle on the promised time... they found some noise when starting and running in AC in low speed which they are agreeing it's a known issue but they don't repair it and I have to spend SR1600 to get it done since my car warranty is just completed couple of months ago... The known issues must be fixed by the toyota/ALJ which they are not doing... Lastly after the car wash done the staff who cleans at the end haven't done by saying not much lighting and left with full soap marks and water was dripping from all over the car... No manager was there to te them which I didn't expected after spending SR2000+ for service...
