★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mazda is very popular car in the country. However, The service is not satisfied at all. They don't committed in the time of the appointments. You have to set and wait more than 30 minutes to get your car in. The waiting area is very bad , old furniture and too small room and there is no service at there. The staff try to work hard but the prosses is very slow so they need more people there to meet customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022 update - 4 stars: They have vastly improved their services from the past, I have been visiting them 7 years now. Their online appointment system works fine. They have vastly improved staff relations and repair times. Changing the review to 4 stars instead of 2 stars in 2019.
2019 review - 2 stars: Pathetic service. No use of taking appointment a week beforehand. When you arrive on/before time you'll be told to wait and eventually processed in the same manner as walk-in customers. This has happened to me three times already.
Also, it is mentioned in their maintenance chart and on website that they'll do multi point checks with each service, but actually they barely perform the work of standard service
They never inform of anything about to fail in the car. They didn't tell me about failing brakes in previous service (I get all scheduled maintenance done from them), I reached there after losing almost all ability to brake. Turns out it is a known manufacturing defect and a published recall issue in US, but they charged me 1900 SAR to replace the faulty part as my car was "out of warranty".
I regret buying a Mazda because of this abuse of customer trust.
Staff are trying their best, but more people are needed in the service area

give you dedicated attention at all. Worst customer experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service they took less than 2 hours I give them the car at 8 pm they weren’t that busy, and all the staff is so polite especially the security guys. ??????♥️♥️
The place is so quiet and comfortable , there’s a waiting area for Females with a coffee machine and Tv and wifi.
