★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لديهم سياسة قذرة في عندما ترغب في إعادة القطعة المشتراه وهي سياسة التطفيش . اشتريت عدة قطع من عندهم وأردت إعادت إحدى القطع اليوم الثاني فإذا بي أمام اجراءات ماتطبق حتى مع مجرم ، ياخذون القطعه ثم يطلبونك الفاتوره ثم يعطونك مجموعة اوراق توقع عليها ثم يرفعونها للإدارة في جدة وتنلطع على الأقل ٤٠ دقيقة على بال ماتأتي الموافقة ، ثم إذا جاءت الموافقة تتجه للدور الثاني لقسم المالية وهنالك اجراءات اخرى لإستعادة فلوسك ... يعني تطفيش في تطفيش حسبنا الله على من عمل هذه الطريقة
 They have a dirty policy when you want to return a purchased item which is a snooping policy. I bought several pieces from them and wanted to return one of the pieces on the second day, so I was faced with procedures that do not apply even with a criminal, they take the piece and then ask you for the bill, then they give you a set of papers to sign and then submit it to the administration in Jeddah, and it takes at least 40 minutes on PayPal, when the approval comes, then if the approval comes You go to the second round of the Finance Department, and there are other procedures to get your money back... I mean, don't waste your money. God suffices for those who did this method.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ،، وكاله قطع غيار تويوتا غني عن التعريف يعني بس نصيحه لا تشتري قطع غيار من الوكاله الا في حال الحاجه الماسه ضروري المستعجله غير كذا انصح تاخذ قطع غيار ك لسيارتك من محلات قطع الغيار اللي في الصناعيه لان الاكيد اسعار المحلات قطع غيار تويوتا يعني الوكيل حق تويوتا في بيع قطع الغيار هو الاسعار الاقل هذه هي نصيحتي اما بالنسبه للوكاله نفسها استطيع هل الذم فيهم التعامل في وكاله مع العميل او كما هم يم لقبوه بالضيف وهذا اللقب هو اللقب الافضل التعامل الافضل من قبل التاجر الى المستهلك استقبالهم راقي وضيافتهم راقيه وتعاملهم راقي الاكيد لا يوجد اي سلبيات لا طرحها هونا
