★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work on the car was ok, on the receipt it said gear oil and filter change which cost around 1000sar however, when I spoke to the mechanic he said he didn’t change the filter. The main guy who does the reception desk is a bit dodgy, definitely over charged me. But that’s not uncommon in Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as my experience so far with their services, i would rate this shop with 5 stars.
I like the fact that they provide a speedy job and call you when your car is ready, plus they allow you to provide the parts and they'll just do the labor. The only comment i have on them is their somewhat high mark up on the spare parts they provide. Their labor charges is also higher compared to some other workshops but i guess this is because you're paying more for the quality guarantee you can expect from their service.

Price is high compared to Sanayya or other local workshop but quality of work is satisfying.
Manager and Indian mechanic behavior was good, they are usually busy with many customers but cooperative.
Oil change service is fast and professional.
