★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to maintain my Volkswagen car even I have called branch manger early and told me the opening hours at afternoon to check it. In general I went to this branch since I had issue with another branch when they changed the car oil, and cleaned the air filter, after that I have error in car computer that system to rich in fuel with less air as VM service told me. They should be more friendly and smile a bit we are not coming for free service. Or at least fix what you have damaged. Thanks

Oil change service is fast and professional.
Mechanic service:
My experience with them is OK, just had to wait until they are free as they were busy with their work.
Price is high compared to Sanayya or other local workshop but quality of work is satisfying.
Managers (Zahid bhai and Naseem bhai) was very cooperative, Indian mechanic behavior was good, they are usually busy with many customers but very much pays attention and cooperative.

- Unprofessional and very weak with the diagnose of any problem.
- Supervisor is rude and unfriendly at all.
- Mechanics just guess the cause of the problem without any proof.
- Overpriced.
- Always busy with no consideration to customers' time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor, the Philipines manager is so rude I never seen him smile, he doesn’t want to work, expensive for poor service. I never recommend that and it’ll be the last time that I go there.
