Although final decision was buying another brand but they were the best organized showroom/ car dealers that I visited

They are not supportive.
They don’t give u clear guide to their work process.
Bad customer service.
Taking too long for finalize any end of service contracts for the vehicles.
No hospitality.
No reception.
Taking too much as Benifits from the contract.??
Bad location.
Overall, i rate it as 1 star only because of corona investigations on the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good whether you booked online or not your car will he Mantaiened at the same day. There is a free coffee and tea and there is a billiard table and Playstation 4 in the watoogn area, you can see your car being services behind a soundproof glass.
You need to be careful when you take your car from the service as sometimes they spare DW40 on the brake pads which affect brake functions and the car won't stop on emergency brake, the effect of DW40 will go and brakes will work normally after a while. Be very careful guys.

1. It would be great to know add a couple of chairs at the Maintenance waiting area.
2. More care to the washroom, water availability is an integral factor to hygiene, let's make sure our water taps flow with water.
Other than that reduce ur prices a bit :)
