I would make a complaint on your dealer Alesayi motors service center in Riyadh.
Here the after sales support from your dealer is too pathetic. Even if we register a complaint with them, they are ignoring.
Recently I had bad experience when I took my car at the Alesayi Riyadh service center. During last major service, which has been done 1 month before I have asked them to check the brake pads as there is sound from break. Now there is oil leakage from the brake pad and I took the car to the service center in Riyadh. Your engineer inspected the vehicle and he told that there is no brake oil leakage and his behaviour was too harsh as I have given complaint with Alesayi motors. One of the technicians came and he explained me that brake pads needs to replaced, brake oil leakage is due to this. Your engineer is not having basic knowledge and he is trying to cover his lack of knowledge.

โ โ โ โ โ Mitsubishi motors should really concentrate on after sales service. Here the staff does not know English and are not trained to understand the requirements. As such they are good people but language barrier is definitely having an impact on the sales.
Also, the spare parts are not readily available. You need to order and wait for days. This indirectly increases our labour cost.

All lady staff, very lazy, they make no effort to even open the car for you to have a look..promoting locals is a good idea but they need to be equally competent if not better than the expats.
Highly avoidable showroom so please don't waste your time..as it is the same with expats or local clientele.
Very big showroom all staff just sitting with their phones and not bothered about any thing around them..its a absolute dead place

โ โ โ โ โ Took over 4 hours to get service, even with appointment. Service number isn't listed. You have to make an appointment online. Someone from Jedda calls, and doesn't understand what you need. Then someone from Riyadh calls to confirm the appointment, which doesn't matter, because they do whatever they want when you arrive.
