โ โ โ โ โ We booked it expecting it to be close to haram but the bridge that connect the hotel to haram was closed due to construction, that was a put off and added extra many minutes to our walk to this hotel, do not book this hotel without first asking if the bridge is open. Otherwise the stay, room and service was good

โ โ โ โ โ Very good service especially from Ali by the front desk he went out of his way to make us comfortable and upgrade our room when our agent let us down .A very friendly,caring person by the name of Lugaine by the food court who went out of her way to serve us and make us very comfortable. Will definitely book again with them .

โ โ โ โ โ Very good hotel close to Haram. Possible to walk down to Haram but can be difficult for older people.
No parking at the hotel. Need to drop car at nearby parking and take taxi back.
Room was good, clean and comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ Was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. We booked a standard room, but was greeted with an apartment with a washer/dryer - a blessing during this time. We are here for Hajj and was taking a break from our designated hotel to be closer to the masjid.

โ โ โ โ โ Good hotel. ~5 minute walk from haram. Good quality rooms.
The bad:
Less than ideal experience. As an ambassador, they gave me a good upgrade, but not before telling me 7 times about the sacrifices they had to make to make it happen
Water pressure in the bathroom shower was weak
Elevator system is really suboptimal, expect to wait a lot in peak times
They take ~60 minutes to respond to Marriott app messages
Finally, they couldn't properly assist in a simple task of helping me find a taxi to go to the airport.
Good overall but will try Marriott Jabal Omar next time

โ โ โ โ โ Checked in today. The room is a bit congested but well furnished. Curtains and chairs have stains. The lobby is nice; service friendly.
Good housekeeping.
What shocked me was the shower tray. See the pictures. It is so bad, can't believe it is part of this really nice bathroom!

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The room keepers are lovely and very accommodating. The staff at the restaurant are so lovely. However, the management is quite poor. One of our bags were torn when checking in and the management didn't seem to give concern to it, he was constantly going back and forth with different employees. Very disappointed.
