حافلات متهالكة ، توجيه المعتمرين معدوم ، موقف الحافلات على أحد الجوانب ويصعب الوصول لها خاصة الأطفال وكبار السن ، الرقابة مفقودة ، المقاهي عشوائية وغير نظيفة ولا يوجد رقابة على الأسعار ، عمال النظافة وأفراد المرور وسائقي الحافلات هم مركز الإستعلامات الرئيسي في الموقع .
والكثير الكثير لا يتسع المجال لسرده في سطور ،،،
بإختصار ،، واجهة غير حضارية على الإطلاق للمعتمرين والحجاج ،، فوجئت بالمستوى المتدني للتنظيم والمتابعة .
Very bad services
Dilapidated buses, guiding Umrah pilgrims are non-existent, bus stops are on one side and difficult to reach, especially children and the elderly, supervision is missing, cafés are random and unclean and there is no price control, cleaners, traffic personnel and bus drivers are the main information center on the site.
And many, many more that I cannot list in brief.
In short, a completely uncivilized interface for pilgrims and pilgrims, I was surprised by the low level of organization and follow-up.
