Bare minimum facilities.All in temporary tent like structure.The VIP ticket instruct to report 1 hour before. 50 minutes before departure and the bus is not here. The waiting room has seating for gents and ladies and is airconditioned.25 minutes before departure the bus arrived.Spacious and comfortable.Everyone on board by 1055 and bus departed on time.Drinks and food on the house. This is for the VIP express.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, bad service. I'm traveling from makkah (al-haram) to riyadh (aziziya). Staff is very arrogant and rude and the bus is not upto the mark as per international standards. For such a long route they don't have usb charging facility and there's no system of seat allocation & tagging of luggage. This is my last try with this company. Not recommended for long route travellers.
