Very very poor service, I must say. It's my first time taking on this b*****it company and I will never ride on it again. You will suffer alot before they will allow you to step inside the bus. It's better to close this company.

Air-conditioned waiting lounge. Comfortable Mercedes-Benz bus. No headphones provided so bring your own. Snack box provided. Prompt service left exactly on time from Makkah to Madinah.

There is no waiting room

This is the station were one can catch bus for Madina. Also the VIP bus boards from here itself. There are separate tent type rooms for men and women with WC within. It's just basic; but it has fans and air coolers. There's no separate area/room for VIP bus customers. Salah prayer is arranged for outdoors on road after azan. The staff know very little english. You have to watch out for your bus on your own even for VIP. There's a huge commotion for and in the bus. As you need to ask these guys every few while whether or not your bus arrived. So many false alarms as you think your bus has arrived. There's a worker calling people at odd times but it would be for the normal buses. And when finally it does come. There'll be an announcement in speaker extremely distorted you won't understand a word and it's not in English. You are lucky if all of your family finds a seat, let alone together and this even after booking days in advance. The passengers beeline for the bus. And won't budge or understand even if you have family or your wife has no option but to sit next to another male. Ain't nobody cares! This is due to huge mismanagement and over booking i suppose. And yes a big reason for all of this is here 'ain't nobody cares'!!! The VIP bus is pretty pretty ordinary nothing vip about it, except for wifi. But SAPTCO might be better choice than those private cars especially for families with women and children. The place is just okay. Bit scary at the first sight as throngs of taxi or private drivers trying to offer their service to Madina or Riyadh etc. Their prices might be higher than Sapto but they'll say otherwise. Don't ask them for any information as well. Than there's the group of guys wanting to assist with laguage but with so much commotion you might end up in one of those private cars.

Crowded but the buses were not bad and the cooling is nice

I travelled with young family and loved Saptco VIP service. I found it to be good value for the service and always on time. The seats on VIP coach are comfortable and it does a non stop service between Makkah and Madina. They do provide you with a snack boxes which is a nice touch. The only down side was the guy at the VIP counter in the waiting lounge. The sales person was on his phone yapping away for ages whilst we just sat there waiting to be seen, then when we were eventually seen by him he was not all that helpful or friendly.

We , 3 travelers from the United States were traveling by the SAPTCO bus from Al haram station to Madinah but the bus supervisor behaved very badly and forcefully relocated us from the bus. If the bus supervisor disrespect like the way we faced, no tourist will be attracted to the country and people will loose interest coming to this country. We highly demand respect for the tourists. We don’t recommend taking this bus. The incident happened on April 19, 2022 at 7:20am. Trip no 0406
