★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On-route to Madina from Makkah and left on time and very comfortable inside with tv screen and reclining chairs with enough leg space. It has a good Wi Fi connection in side the VIP bus. Free snack box with a complementary coffee or tea. It wasn’t messy in side so had a nice experience over all. Has usb cable for charging phones and a 2 pin charger as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed from Saptco VIP bus as I was shown a different bus with extra room big seats while booking but actually it was a normal bus. Two ladies were sitting on our seats and they refused to change even on request of bus staff. So we have to change the seats. The lunch box provided was not actually lunch but small snacks that were not enough for filling stomach.
