M	Majed Almoghrabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunate experience, be aware of reservations via the phone as nothing is carried out unless you fight for it. parking NOT in the hotel unlike what is advertised and no entrance to it except through ANOTHER hotel . beds are truly extremely soft and not good to sleep or set on them. air-conditioning is poorly maintained and its hot in some rooms while its normal in others.service is not constant in quality , you dont get to see the manager if you request to meet him and multiple people claim to be the manager and they are NOT. It's not a 4 min walk to haram unless you take the bus which is not elderly friendly, they do provide wheelchairs though. not extremely bad hotel ( it smells nice mostly and its clean and food is not bad ) but its not the best experience also .. biggest scam is the haram view as you pay for it but you only see the edges as the view is like 80% blocked totally by buildings .. no way to see keba and i am in the top 2nd floor available
i	ib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice employees but this is the dirtiest and most uncleanly hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby is beautiful and clean, but the second you arrive to the floor of the rooms, you see the stained and dirty carpet in the hallways. The room isn’t any better. Stained carpets and smelly bed linens. The shower had dirt wash away the minute I turned it on, as if no one even cleaned it. There was also trash left behind the toilet so I believe the bathroom was barely cleaned at all. I know it wasn’t just my room because I had family in another room that was the same. I’m very shocked that a Hilton hotel would be like this.

Excellent service! The only thing I would mention, I was asked to leave a review on a daily basis - as long as you provide a good service, you'll get a good review :)
Y	Yusef Zazi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 5 star hotel, they offer 10 star service. I would like to thank the receptionist from the front desk and the restaurant for amazing customer service. Big thanks to the manager in the breakfast area for always looking out for our needs. Lastly, appreciation for Mohammed Yusuf and the housekeeping crew for keeping the room nice and tidy as well as getting me my forgotten items after checking out of the room. I will be sure to come back and recommend everyone else to do the same!
I	Iram Syed [Staff] on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff especially the restaurant staff. Very friendly and served us fresh juices at our table for Suhoor. Managers checked in frequently if we needed anything. Shuttle service was really good. Always available. The most we had to wait for the shuttle was 2 minutes.

Shuttle bus to/from haram available around the clock and it is just 3 minutes drive. 4 stars only because I was promised a laundry bag and never received one.

Always available and drops off at a convenient location, just in front of the haram. Breakfast was great tho I think it can use a little more variety and some less meat dishes. Overall good experience.
T	Tima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful hotel. Clean and neat. We were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. The bathrooms are a bit small and the airconditioner in the room was faulty. Elevators take a bit long even though the hotel was not crowded at all. Breakfast was beyond amazing. The head waiter named Saddam Hussein was very very good and checked on all guests throughout the breakfast and made sure we had everything. Shuttle was good and came regularly. The signature Double Tree cookies were not available which was sad.
