โ โ โ โ โ Vear bad management and takes forever when you checked in.
Even after checking in, they kept disturbing by calling us in the middle night and knocked the door because they couldnโt tell my booking is valid or not. I am wondering why it possibly invalid since we finished payment in the day time, why you couldnโt tell itโs validity when we checked in.
Very disappointed for overall services

โ โ โ โ โ Very good and clean hotel. Very nice people at recepation and service is awesome. Highly recommended for stay , if you have strong legs it is 10 mins away from Haram .Feedback for hotel managent please add more frequent shuttle service to facilitate people and kids whom wanna go Haram. I am not satisfied with bus service which is not following time table.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst thing about this hotel is their toilet. The toilets basin were blocked. The toilets smelled awfull with a continuous dirty odor. Other than toilets room was good. I would recommend the hotel management to take an action and make it better. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone until they solve this matter. I was really frustrated with the continuous bad smell coming from the toilet.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel was great. you get what you see in the pictures. Worth the money spent. only draw back staff doesn't know how to speak english, or any support system for international travels

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed in this hotel with my family in feb 2020 for 12 days, hotel was very neat nd clean all staff was cooperative specially mr fida unar nd Hameedulah chutto was very helpful.
INSHA ALLAH will stay again...

โ โ โ โ โ This hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and everything great.
However, that STEEP HILL that you gotta walk to the Harram and back to the hotel isn't for the faint hearted, nor the unfit person. Location is super close to the Harram but unfortunately that hill. Wow. It is a work out in itself.
