Very very nice place to stay nearby haram..neat and clean rooms with all services..very well maintained washrooms.place is very near to haram..use taxi instead of shuttle if you want to get dropped nearby haram...10 sar by taxi and maximum 5 min drive...management is very friendly at the place...had a pleasent stay at this hotel in very cheap price..

Al Tayseer towers was the first place I saw going on Umrah and was completly disgusted . We were meant to stay on the fourth floor at A Tower . Before heading to the room even this hotel was off putting. The carpets are in a terrible state and seemed as if it was not cleaned for years. The lobby couches opposite a little cafe of some sort are extremely dirty . THERE IS WIFI. The management speaks very little English so pointless complaining about anything else regarding the room . The rooms: Double Room (as told by manager) 3 beds, hard , bedding seemed clean. Bathroom was stinking of sewer, small bathroom. Telephone in the room but not working. The carpet in the rooms look worst than the foyer carpets leading to the toom. Fridge door was broken and fridge was dirty and smelly . The entire room had a terrible smell . We refused to even stay in this hotel for one night. After complaining management had us view around 4/5 other rooms all looking exactly like the original. So im all too sure this is the general state of the hotel Eventually showed a room with queen/king sized bed that after the worst did not seem too bad but was just not upto trying this out . I do not suggest this hotel to anyone. I recommend you explain to your agent exactly what you looking for to the detail. Consider Price first that could suit your pocket , and then take distance into consideration because during our stay at hotels for umrah shuttles are free to the haram as far as 3km away ). After this ask about the frequency the shuttles drive as this can also be an inconvenience. Then room , frequency of cleaning ,laundry , breakfast etc etc. Insist on details from your agent , if they do not know they need to find out. You dont have to sacrifice comfort ,as there are too many hidden gems to stay at .

Al Tayseer towers is a budget hotel which caters for the needs of the pilgrims. All the basic facilities are there. Buses to and from Al Haram are available every 30 minutes; the walk from where the bus drops you off to Al Haram is about 20 minutes. The hotel seems to be under-staffed because there appears to be no one available to help when needed. The hotel is sufficient for a pilgrim. I had no problem.

Very nice restautant .. but there is no restaurant in this property which is quite disappointing.. else everything good

Hotel was just amazing with 24/7 available customer service with a lovely and cool manners . They were talking with happy mode and so helpful that even they registered sims for us at 2am and also wifi was free in the hall .room were new and so neat and clean . The distance to al haram was only 15 mints of walk and also every time shuttle bus service was also there. And nakal jamai (saptco bus station) was also on a distance of 8 minutes of walk in this area there are only two restaurants. But the hotel and location were great.
