★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق قريب من الحرم تقريبا يبعد 900 متر ، لكنه لا يناسب كبار السن لأن طلعة الكوبري متعبة جدا ، والتي يسلكها المعتمر للوصول إلى الحرم من جهة باب الملك فهد ، بالنسبة للخدمات فلو تركوا الفندق منه لنفسه ليستقبل النزلاء لقدم لهم وهو الجماد أفضل ما لديه ، وذلك لأن الإخوة في الاستقبال لا يعون شيئا اللهم إلا تسليم الغرف وبعد ذاك (help your self) الفندق من ناحية النظافة جيد جدا ، ومن جهة الأثاث مقبول ، وحوض الوجه في مقابل الغرف أمر مزعج، والتكييف فيه اسبلت رائع، لكن المنكقة التي يقع فيها الفندق لا يمكنك شراء كوب شاي إلا بعد تعب ومشي لكيلو تقريبا ...وربنا يتقبل .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chambres propres mais pas de baignoire et la douche est cassée. Ils mettent seulement 2 serviettes pour une chambre 4 lits. La fenêtre ne se ferme pas et la climatisation dans la salle à manger ne marche pas. Le wifi est très faible . Pas d accès pour les fauteuils roulants. Mais l hôtel est à proximité de Haram à peu près 900 mètres et près des restaurants, des supérettes et des grandes surfaces
