★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to the south side of the masjid. Opens at the gate 329 - 331 near Baqi. Close to Bab as Salam and the Rawdah entrance and close to Baqi. But for women's area in the north it is a little walk ?♀️

Sound isolation was weak, you can hear the bathroom on top of you when it’s used, and the Neighbours talking.
The price was good.
The nightshift guy was helpful and friendly, however the morning shift guy was very rude.

The only positive thing is that the elevator comes quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdullilah had such a peaceful experience here. Smooth check in. Clean spacious room and the best reason to stay here, close to masjid nabwi.
The hotel is now in 3 parts, saraya harmony A, B and C
We stayed in Saraya Harmony C, had a very good experience. Comparing the price, felt reasonable as it's the peak season in Madinah and all other nearby hotels were extremely expensive.
The only drawback is, you can't call reception from your room. You'll have to go down to ask whatever you need.

Check in was smooth and very accommodative. Front desk lady got the room ready on time. This was during the peak of the holy month of Ramadan.
Rooms may be small as mentioned by many, but considering the reason we needed it was just to rest it was easy to manage. Decently equipped, although lacked an iron box.
They had suhoor buffet which itself was such an amazing experience as it saved a lot of time and the staff were super helpful in stocking and keeping the place tidy.
It's less than 5 minutes walk to the Prophet's ﷺ mosque.
