l	lilyan A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst hotel ever!!!!! the bed sheets stink, the pillows stink. they probably don’t even clean and everything is so dirty. in the restaurant they don’t even change the food mat. even if it is dirty and has sauce and crumbs on it they just flip it. They also wipe the table with only water spray. no cleaning solution or clorox or anything. Very very very dirty hotel. absolutely disgusting. never ever coming back. i took a plate and i turned it and it was all dirty it had food on it. very bad experience
I	Imran Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stayed thier in third week of ramadan For a week To start the moment arrived thier with family, reception was a looking like sales shop. More then 20 persons waiting for check in with there families, and receptionist as usual with thier bad attitude. Booked a deluxe room of 3 beds and they converted that from 2 to 3 with a small bed, Room view was fantastic, front of haram. And that was the only thing that I recommend. Just on few steps from haram pak. And very easy access to masjid e nabwi and janat ul baqi That’s the only hotel in first row in front of roza e rasool( pbuh) other’s are behind that Room service was ok not so good. Breakfast with variety of food, but most of time they serve same food from evening to morning. Although my experience was good except reception.

Pros: -The Elevators are readily available and fast. -Excellent bathroom you will definitely love it. -The central cooling system is really worth it. The complimentary breakfast buffet has lot of options. Cons: -The TV system is 2000 model. -Very advanced cisco exchange devices installed but no one available to attend you. -The Mattresses are hard like wood. Summary -If u dont have any good option left then go for it but remember if you are not used to sleep on the floor you wont be able to sleep.

I would like to thank Ms. Iman, Ms. Albadry, Ms. Shahd, Ms. Sara, and above all Mr. Zahir. I arrived early and roome were not ready but they promised to prepare the room as soon as possible and they did. Highly recommended.
S	Sohail Younus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION. THE STAFF DID NOT EXPLAIN WHY THIS WAS CANCELLED AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. I HAD TO PAY £100 FOR 1 NIGHT WHEN I ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR 7 NIGHTS FOR £450. THIS IS FRAUD!!! I HAVE SINCE CONTACTED THE HOTEL WITH NO REPLY.

What kind of customer service is this? Keep in mind we have a reservation, and need to know if an earlier check in is avaliable so we can book flights accordingly. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Wondering how they've got such good reviews.

Booked 5 nights here for my two elderly/vulnerable parents at this hotel and they cancelled their booking during their flight out. They were left stranded with no place to go. Shocking service, would completely avoid booking this place.
