★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are big enough for six person's plus an extra room for cooking tea or food, but bring own electric stove, compact oven and the toilet is also quite big with different bath area and the floor is carpeted. There are four lift,if you have rented a car you have three basement car parking, and from car parking itself u can get lift to your room floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum..am stay is room614 is not bad.but bathroom clean not good.no have telephone in the room.lot of darts inside cabinet.no Cheng that badshit.am not happy.. alahamdulillah my trip n my jearah is good.. Allah is great..

There's no WiFi available in the rooms.
Another problem is that there's only two pin switches available if u have a charger of 3 pin plug u need to carry 2pin charger and for all electric appliance with 2pin plugs only.

One of the worst hotels ever.
The rooms are not clean at all. We found garbage under the beds and myself and many people found bed bugs, and when we reported it to the management it was obvious that they are aware of it and didn't even agree to change the rooms.
The toilets are in bad condition and have insects as well.
The staff are rude and inconsiderate.
Also, the hotel is far from the Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a night during my last visit to Madinah. It's good comfortable hotel. Price is reasonable with free parking and free wheelchair as I was accompanied by elders. It's very close to Haram and one can reach easily to attend Salah even if you leave after the Azan is called already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good hotel located near to al-Haram it’s very easy to go and come back so many times, those who are accompanied old parents will find a good option. this hotel is located near Aljazeera center which’s equipped with good services that includes restaurants and other stuffs.
The affordable price is an advantage.
