★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever hotel. You often miss prayers because of insufficient elevators. You have to wait one hour to get into the lift. Dirty washrooms. Crowded rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems pretty good hotel to me.i dont know y people posting bad comments.like if u really have peoblem with rhis hotel u should have just ask other peeps bfr u step in.also there isnt any other nearby hotel at this rate.cheap +close to haram shrief.also u need to keep in mind that its 3 star hotel.so pls stop posting bad comments.muslim stays in hitels for holy privilege.not for some holidays tourism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place here probably. Pathetic, ill maintained and most uncomfortable place to live in madina.
No cleaning of washrooms for weeks.
You have to wait for hours to get into elevators.
Staff is non cooperative and miscommit regularly.
They were supposed to give you bedroom but here they use TV lounge with wide windows and multiple glass door where you cant sleep all night bcz of light with no blinds so no parda with family.
No dustbins, no Almarih you have to put your cloths on bags, no shared kitchen, no shared laundry.
Roughly 150 meters away for haram but it take time due to lifts as you can reach from 3 KM by walk in that time.
Fire alarms started 3 times without reason.
Put 6 beds i double bed room. So no space for your loguag.ji

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel in Madina Munawara, very bad management, un-maintained hotel, very dirty, bathroom are very dirty, broken Senetry, in my bathroom even roof was leaking, dirty water dripping from false ceiling. Made complaint several times but no action taken, finally one day my room flooded with water. Staff is very un-cooperative and rough. I would never stay in this hotel again. If you rate this hotel, it is minus side, not even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very big but Very bad service, very crowded and the elevators are always overloaded. Washrooms are dirty, sanitation is broken. Washrooms are shared as well. The room and the lobbies smell extremely bad. Overall, extremely dirty.

This place is not for humans..
Rooms don't have attached bathroom.
You need to go outside at common area for Toilet and Bath.. which is very inconvenience for womens
Rooms starting from 6th floor and above(up to 14th floor).. and there are only 2 lifts available..Which is 24x7 fully loaded with crowds.. which is very inconvenience for womens
Each time We wasted almost 30 mins to 45 mins in Q to just for Lift.
I'll give -1/10 for Hotel Service & Cleaning
