Minus 50 stars, this is not a hotel, rooms are shabby, was told by housekeeping staff that towels will be available next day, safe deposit box was un functional and remained so for the duration of the stay despite repeated requests to fix or replace it. Had to carry my luggage from the 12th floor on check out as the guys at the reception told me to wait for at least 1 hour for the bell boy. Lifts are too small and too many people are crammed into small rooms to generate revenue. Will not opt for this hotel ever again even if it is offered to me free of cost. Have been to 16 countries before KSA and this is the worst hotel of all the places i have been. Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic.

The staff that does the cleaning is at times booking clients in. We were a group but I was the only one booked in although we were four families and we came in a day later. The reception is constantly in arguments with customers. Reception more like a fishmarket. I was booked in for nine days but at almost midnight on my fifth day told that I should have booked out. Only to realise that they made a mistake. On the next day we were locked out once again, only to be told it was a mistake. They only change bedding every three days. You have to remind them about toilet Rolls. Do not recommend n won't use this hotel in the future.

Upon entering the room three single beds were squeezed together in a room with only one electical plug point.  the bathroom had a shower with no shower curtain, no toilet paper, no towels. the hotel claims to have free wifi however this only works from the reception/lobby area and not from the bedroom.  the hotel provides one keycard to enter the room independent of how many people are occupying the room.  this key has to be handed into reception when leaving the building.  the first person to return then collects the key from reception to enter the room. if someone comes after this then they must knock the room door in order to be let in. this causes disturbance to the person who entered the room first especially if they are resting/sleeping. no kettle/tea making facility in the room and no iron. My family and I stayed in the room for 7 nights during which time it was not cleaned even though we asked for this service. The room was cold and worse if your bed is by the window. The temperature of the room contributed to my father getting ill and missing two days of ibadat. Very disappointed with the hotel and the service provided. I would not stay here again or recommend to my friends/family.

Photos of the hotel are different than reality. Only the picture of the building that is same. The reception are not friendly, they wont keep even your small belongings to chase Dzuhur prayer.. The facilities are old and not maintained properly, people can see many scratch and broken floor number of the elevator.. Further to the old facilities, the wood furniture in the room are many exfoliated and left as is. TV is not working, the remote has no battere. Telephone is not working and only there for a show. There is no connection for the phone. The facilities, especially the restroom is not well managed, the floor and the elevator sometime looks very dirty. The hotel seems only care on quantity of people staying in the room without a care of its quality. What a shame! Given its very strategic location and access to Nabawi Masque, the hotel should have been provided properly. People stauing in the hotel is at over-capacity. It tooks more than 30minutes with uncomfortable queue line just to get to your room from the lobby. Hope this review helps everyone including the hotel for improvement.

This hotel doesn't deserve any stars at all. Terribly managed. I don't even know why it's allowed to function. The lifts are over burdened. Have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the lift to come to ground floor and when it does it is completely filled meaning another 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. The staff doesn't give two jacks about the people staying at this hotel. No house keeping, muslim shower has been leaking and the guy pretended to care but no one came to fix it. They don't replace your towels. The doorknobs are really unreliable. The washroom doorknob came out but thankfully the door didn't lock in the first place :))) The key cards run out of balance randomly so you have to go recharge them. Which means waiting for the lifts again. I dread coming back to this hotel at night and in the mornings. There's no pressure in the warm water tap at 13th floor. Moreover, the walls are so thin you can hear people outside the door and from the other room so clearly, if you are in the washroom you have to come out to make sure no one's in your room. Plus, they claim to have free WiFi but the signals are so terrible you barely get any in the rooms. Honestly terrible. Really, really terrible. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this hotel. And this isn't the first time I've stayed in a 3-star hotel. All of them seem like heaven in front this.

I don't even know where to start from. Long story short, our rooms were dirty,at the time of check-in, to say the least. The sheets were used and stained, the carpets were messed with old food and the bathroom floor was wet. I phoned the reception desk to ask for towels but they informed me that towels were not complimentary to guests. I was too tired to argue about the cleanliness of the room so I paid 2 of the housekeeping staff a whopping 50SR to redo my room. After cleaning the room sufficiently and replacing my linen, they brought in towels for me.I was surprised and asked where did the towels come from to which they replied,"they're complimentary to guests!" I am utterly disgusted at the poor service here and I definitely won't be staying here again.
