- sheets were dirty
- floor had stains
- very old interior
- curtains were full of dust and had stains too
- the window did not close properly so cold air comes through all night
- TV remote control is not given to customers
- no wifi except for the lobby
- you have to prepay the price of all the nights you will stay there upon check in
- room service is very slow
- hotel prices are high comparing to mecca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite nearest place if we talk about Roza-e- Rasool. Hardly 5 minutes walk to Roza-e-Rasool near gate no. 35-37. Woman will walk around 10_15 minutes to reach woman prayers place which are gate no 25-30. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Khajoor market is not faraway from this site as well. Wifi is available at reception area. Reception Manager Mosad is very professional.

Staff is very cooperative.
Thanks to front desk especially to Mr Muneer and other Bangladesh guys for their honesty in returning my expensive watch which was left in toilet during checkout.

There were some issues but you have to deal with them.
Mr. Khalid(Saudi) on reception was very helpful and good person.
Mr. Muneer (Bangla) was very helpful and kind person know his job and always there for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks very near but still one to one and half km distance from prophet mosque. No meals available. Though crowded and full with rush Albaik is very near to this hotel. Pakistani style food surving restaurants are located across the road. We can reach there by crossing the overhead bridge in the mohallah.
