★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel provided us the avarage service as it is near to Masjid Al Nabwi that was a benifit and they provide WiFi service in all over the hotel on each floor signal strength is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing abt this plc is,it's very to Madina munawara and is on a plc,where u can find everything,from food to clothes. The hotel is ok,staffs are friendly,rooms very small but u get free WiFi. Had a good stay,no complaints. Alhamdullilah.

Its is approximately near to haram. And near to Roz e Mubarak. But Room is average and smelly. Maybe Staff shortage. Washroom roof is leakage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1min walk from main gate of Masjid e Nabvi S. A.W.W. One side of hotel gives view of entire Mosque Nabvi S. A.W.W along with Jannat ul Baqi. Reasonable price and free limited parking in basement available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad room service. Had to request more than 3 time to clean the room and provide toiletries. THE ONLY BEST THING IS ITS SITUATED NEAR HARAM AND BEST VIEW FOR JANNAT UL BAQI. Too many cockroaches. Over flow of water from the toilet to the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont think it should be called a 3 star hotel. No services at all. Rooms are unclean, cockroaches everywhere (picture attached) no wifi, Not enough hot water in bathrooms in winter. Only facility is close proximity to Haram. Not Recommended at all.
