K	Khaled Al Dahdouh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Property, stunning lobby and shared areas. Rooms are mediocre in my honest opinion, they are nothing next to the luxurious lobby and shared spaces. We were also unlucky that a fire alarm testing happened during our stay and that thing kept on going for way too long and what bothered us the most is that there was no prior notice given about the test, maybe it's just because we're coming from North America and had different expectations. When we voiced that it was disturbing especially with no prior notice, the front desk staff was apologitic and very nice but didn't suggest that there was any action to be taken to act upon this in the future and perhaps letting their guests know beforehand, nor did he offer anything to make it up to us; we did not ask, but we just had higher expectations based on previous experiences at other brands like the Fairmont and others

Even though we arrived early, but they accommodate us with early check in. The suite was clean and very well furnished. Through our our stay, we were treated with fruits baskets and sweets and flower arrangements. Overall it was an exceptional stay. Our room attendant was great and he cleaned our with a smile which is evidence of well trained staff.
