Very good hotel. Excellent staff. The room smart tech ends up being more annoying than useful. They could do better with normal buttons than outdated windows devices. Smart control and phone screens glaring lights disrupts sleep. The AC and light controls are unnecessarily complicated

Had iftaar here it was absolutely perfect. Everything you can imagine was present with all different cuisines from Lebanese to Indian. Incredible amount of options and everything was delicious. The ambiance is beautiful and the service was great too. Highly recommend!

Amazing front desk staff. Talented Young Saudi Professionals who manage and operate the front desk. They are exceptional, and they are one of the main reasons why I keep coming back again to this hotel in Riyadh. I can't thank enough Abdulrahman, Mohammed and Khaled Mansour in particular, and the entire front desk staff team. I sent an email in advance of my stay that I requested a thin pillow (because from experience, the pillows in this hotels are on the thick side). They went out and bought two thin pillows and they were waiting for me when I arrived. I am absolutely delighted that they would do this for me. I know where to return again and again when on business trips to Riyadh. I recommend to get a club room, the club lounge is perfect place to grab a bite to eat and get some work done. There are professional and welcoming staff working in the club lounge who are quick to get me a coffee to go when I am heading out for the office. This hotel feels brand new. it is clean, quiet and well appointed. There is very good parking also. It is in an excellent location (RDC) and its easy to reach the airport and many areas quickly via the highways. I really like the gym facilities. The weight room is open 24 hours. They also have good spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool). Plus large clean bathroom with lockers and showers. The tennis area is a good place to get some sun. The engineering staff are quick and reliable. I needed an HDMI cable and they brought it up very quickly. Laundry was efficient. Only one small recommendation. The mattresses on the 5th floor are a bit soft (probably many customers prefer tha). They sink down on both sides of the bed where person sleeps (king size bed). The mattress is a bit elevated in the center between the two beds, so maybe this is because of the box spring underneath the mattress. Maybe the mattresses needed to be flipped more often or replaced. I still got very good sleep, but generally I would prefer medium firmness mattress rather than a soft mattress.

Luxurious 5-star hotel. Service and quality are at finest level. Front desk leaders are very professional and helpful. Didn’t like the idea of a curtain on bathtub as it is more suitable for married couples.

Had a great stay in there, welcoming staff, nice breakfast, and room is bit old yet nicely designed. Recommendation: 1- upgrade the rooms electric plugs as it lacks USB ports 2- the burger tasted funny Beside that, really good experience

Amazing stay here, expensive but it’snworth it with the amenities available. Gym is very clean and got enough to get a good workout on, would’ve liked there to be more leg machines though (maybe some sort of squat one). Pool was really clean and has a good vibe at the weekend with everyone relaxing. Rooms are immaculately cleaned and kept to a very high standard throughout the week. Food in the evenings here is expensive and you don’t get much so we ate out most evenings, highly recommend u-walk within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and had the amazing server ‘Bernard’ look after us very well, remembering our orders and making sure we were looked after well. Give my thanks to him as he made each day start very well. Would recommend to stay here.
