I rented a room on the first day with an early reservation, unfortunately the room was in very bad condition and the smell of smoke (cigarettes) in the room was very strong. We spoke with the reception, but unfortunately we did not find any response on the pretext that all the rooms are booked and we did not find that we had to spend the first night there We can sleep... 2. The second day, we spoke with the reception again. They offered to change the room to another with two separate beds. They offered a way to combine the two beds, as there is only this room. We indicated to them that the room has only one side table on the right side, and there is nothing in it on the other side. They said we only have this. I just had to put my bedtime stuff on the floor next to me. 3. We spoke to them on the third day, but unfortunately no one responded to us, as if the matter was taken for granted by them. 4. The receptionists and the apartment supervisors could work on improving the quality of their work either by finding satisfactory solutions for the client or by making concessions that would satisfy the client, as I did not find the appropriate comfort, but unfortunately I did not find a satisfactory response from them. 5. There is no isolation between the rooms and the sounds are very close. 6. The apartments are located on a public street and the sounds are heard from outside.
