Y	Yasser Inaam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best if not the best 5 stars hotel in Saudi Arabia I ever stayed at. Kind and helpful staff in general, but they need to pay more attention to the restaurant higher staff especially the manager. I tried the breakfast and the dinner at their main restaurant and the food was great and the service was splendid. The only problem was the bad behavior from the restaurant manager I think, he was a tall Egyptian guy. He walked with me to the front office to make sure I will pay the breakfast buffet fees since I forgot the wallet inthe room that time. I told him that I will pay in 5 minutes since I will go and bring the wallet directly from the room or if possible he can inform the front office about that and let them but the charges on my room. He told me this can't be done from his side and I have to pay before leaving or at least I have to walk with him the front office to discuss this with them. It was so rude and offensive in my opinion since I already gave him the room number and the full name to check and confirm. I had to let my wife and children go to the room and I stayed with the front office to end this degrading experience. Moreover, neither the front satff nor him apologized for this embarrassing situation which they made for me since many people who were at the front office that time to see and listen to the conversation. This is the first time I ever encounter such a thing in a 5 star hotel, and if I didn't know that the hotel management don't expect such a rude behaviors and since I'm sure that this is personal act from these staff, I wouldn't gave them 5 stars.

I flew into Riyadh, went straight to the hotel - only to be informed that they had cancelled my reservation at 7 since I had not paid yet and they had demand. This was by policy as I found out. They did not contact me even though they had done so in the aforementioned manner. They did not help me with another property and they did not provide transportation to another hotel. Also, while I was talking with them, a lady checked out and they refused to let me have the now-vacated room. If they had contacted me at 7, the whole issue could have been resolved. I spend more time in hotels than at home and have status with many hotel chains. Yet, this has never happened to me. As it stands, properties that have a more guest-friendly policy will be my preference going forward.
S	Shajratun Tayibah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel for your Riyadh stays but very unpleasant staff including the guest manager. I have stayed in most of hotels in Riyadh and this one is asking top spot when it comes to adorable accommodation. Breakfast being one of the main features. Accommodation is also very good, the only downside is lack of shower place as they have bath tubs instead. Staff as I said before is indifferent at best and least concerned about anything that you may require or of the usual course.

Only regret, I lost my jacket in the lounge and the staff wasn't able to trace it back. But otherwise a great experience staying here and in love with the Suite room :)
