★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not fancy. It's cheap. They selling point of this hotel is the price. I stayed for 180 riyals per night. The room was surprisingly huge and spacious. However, the Air Conditioner didn't work well. There was no towels in the room when I got there, although there was a bathrobe. The bathroom was very tiny, when I would sit on the toilet seat, I would have to awkwardly keep my right leg slanted because there wasn't space for it.
I would stay here if I am looking to save on cash. Eating is not a problem as there are enough fast food places within walking distance. Also, there is a Lulu Hypermarket just there, so you can get anything that you need from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed in this hotel for a couple of weeks. Don't expect any kind of comfort in this hotel. No two or three or any number of rooms are the same. No towels are offered. The bathrooms stink of sewage. Beds and pillows are either made of paper or made of stone (at least bring your own pillows). The air-conditioning is really loud, grimy and dusty. The self-proclaimed 4 star rating is false advertisement. Would I recommend anyone to stay here? Absolutely not, unless you're on a tight budget (you can still find better hotels with better services for about the same price).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is little bit old but still okay. Their rooms are good, huge and spacious with affordable price. Very nice Location, accessible and near to the groceries, restaurant and good places in shamalia. They need to fix only some damaged facilities such as faucet, kitchen and specially ACs that creating annoying sounds when its on.
