★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel reception is one of the worse experienced so far by a non arab person.
They don’t give towel citing Corona as a reason. Toilet tissue roll has not been replaced after the last person checked out. It is only worth of staying in centre if you are all packed with stuff you need and won’t have to ask reception for any thing. Price wise it is good, but paying 50 riyals more you could get into a better hotel than this for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Don't book this hotel. I made a booking on 27-May-2022 but the details mentioned in booking.com was wrong and hotel is saying that it's not our fault if booking.com mentioned something wrong.
3 bedroom apartment and we were expecting 2 king bed and a twin bed as mentioned in room details but we got 1 king and 2 single bed.
The guy at the reception was not supporting at all even he gave us the option to book another hotel because this is what we have.
Not recommended at all !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very pleasant and affordable hotel! The staff is very friendly , helpful, and prompt. The rooms are comfortable and clean, if a bit aged (some small cracks in the floor and wear), there is a swimming pool, a lovely little cafe with plush couches and dainty floral decorations. It has good atmosphere. A cute pair of parakeets/budgies sing near the window (although their water container should be cleaned well with a bit of soap and water, it looks a bit murky).
There is an old CRT television set downstairs that is nostalgic to view, but the flat screen TVs and split air conditioners in the rooms are all slick and modern.
We received a two bedrooms and a living room for a very affordable price. There is a small restaurant next to the hotel that’s associated with it and serves very nice, crispy and light traditional pastries. No restaurant inside the hotel itself, but you can order from the next-door restaurant by dialling 270 and they’ll deliver to your room.
The bathrooms are stocked with basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste, so you might want to pack your own or buy some from the shop nearby.
In all honesty, the rooms, furniture, view of the street below, even the lace curtains are as good as those in fancier hotels like Rosefield, just a bit more damaged/worn and the floors not quite so clean (keep slippers on!), but otherwise, it is a VERY good stay, and honestly, the balconies you can walk out onto make it a nicer hotel!
For its price range, this place is a wonderful deal!!
