★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our Son’s Birthday Party today at the restraunt of Crown plaza Hotel. The staff was super co operative and special thanks to the Chef Mr. Manhal and Mr. Tareef for their hospitality. The food was very delicious, with so many varieties and the guests were really Happy.
Totally recommend for future events and dine outs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attending Iftar Today. Extremely disappointed. Such a shame that the management made a blunder by mixing restaurant guests with a company employees Iftar. There should be a separate hall for such company iftars and parties. Everything was so perfect the atmosphere the arrangements until group of 100-150 men marched towards the restaurant hall and destroyed everything. Families were literally pushed to the corner. Honestly though food and the variety was amazing, so many options, live stations were fantastic specially BBQ by Chef Tareef. Although will not recommend due to the incident which happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services was exceptional. Ramadan buffet wad acceptable but need more verity. Nice to have a gatheting of maximum of 25 people. Patking services needs more attention to ease the access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for those who were involved during our event fucntion in the Al-Diriyah Hall many big thanks to Sir Jose, Usman and Raed. Wide selection in the menu and they were flexible with the food selection during the planning phase. Food was flavorful delicious and affordable. Commendation also the chef and the waiters. We enjoyed having the event in your hotel.

One of the best hotels if not the best in Riyadh in almalaz district, from reception to room service to even the restaurant.
Khalid the Saudi guy that greets once you enter the restaurant is such a lovely guy , he is a hard worker, respectful, and he’s the type of guy that goes above and beyond to fulfill the resident need .
The chef that gets the morning shift is such a lovely , respectful, and a hard worker type of man .
The chef of the night shift is awesome, he is hard worker , respectful, the best of the best .
Crown Plaza thank you for the great experience

Raed is great person and taking care of the Guests needs, he is very professional...

Nice staff but cleaning needs much more strict procedures.
Bathrooms need really to be renovated.
لايصلح العطار ما افسده الدهر.
There are enough car park spots outside.
