★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got into the room and found the toilet was not clean.
Then the bed was not clean in a good way.
Telephone in the room was not working.
No towels or anything in the bathroom except for a small soap and shampoo.
Bathroom's ventilation fan was not working.
The cover of the toilet seat was broken.
Bad lighting in the room.
This is the worst mistake I made because I rushed to reserve this hotel without looking at reviews. Glad I checked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i understand that this is a budget friendly hotel, but this is the worst hotel we’ve been to.
DIRTY Bathroom,and its pretty obvious that its not cleaned properly, the drainage hole doest have lid and a foul odor is coming out, also theres leaking in the bathroom ceiling, god, i dont want to think where that water is coming from ?, Only one outlet is functioning, so we have to take turns to charge our mobile phones. the exhaust fan in the bathroom is also not working. its obvious,nobody is checking the rooms condition,specially the cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and i usually spends weekends at hotels and this is the worst hotel we experienced. The shower area is broken and the room stinks. The telephone is not working and the front door’s peephole is damage. We just put tissue on it so that they will not see us from the inside. We are not smokers but the pillows and bedsheet smells like ashtray. I ask the front desk for 2 towels and they give us 1. At 12midnight they doorbell us just to give a tissue and 3 soaps, NO shampoo,toothpaste and brush was given to us. We have tried also other cheaper hotel but not bad as this. I will never go back to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented suit but the worse suit i ever saw.on the 1st night we cant slept(117).So dirty&everything was old esp the bathroom.Water rusty in color,sink and faucet need fully attention or better it close.
I demanded to transfer the next day because no security lock.inside the room.Then again a little bit better d next room.But still not so clean.Screen door unlocked dangerous to kids,ah..ref smelly, telephone so dirty.Need to request stuff for the room.Good thing there was cleaner who patiently give new things like blanket pillow etc.Stuff in the receptionist quite good.We paid 809 sr/night because saying 17%tax.Wow...they had a guts to collect expensive rate without improving. Hope you removed your photo that deceiving to others.Sorry,but I can't recommended your hotel.to other.Hope you make a fully renovation esp the elevator for safeties.Anyhow,Receptionist was OK only the building itself.You take.money from.costumer returned satisfied us with your servis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this room and paid cash in advance but upon cancellation, they didn't even return my cashback. I tried to contact their complaint register number but no positive response was received even after he didn't pick up my call.
Pathetic condition of Room, Kitchen cabinets were broken, No curtain was placed in the washroom, No Washroom lock, no cleaning, Electric switches were broken.
I will definately start writing their behavior as my guests were very upset and didnt stay in room
