★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worsest hotel you could stay in. First they say check in only from 3 to 6 pm , while booking says from 4 to 1130, they lied . I called police and tourist authority , then they started to appologize and move me to another hotel, dirty and smelly. I was very angry especially fro an egyptian receptionist named Ahmed, he is a liar and rude. We just came from airport tiered and shocked that check in is only from 3 to 6 pm, NO ANY HOTEL REQUEST THIS , they were lying cause they gave our room to someone else. Staff lazzy and very late . Room is NOT cleaned daily, u end up clean it ur self . I wish I did not waste time and money on such unprofessional hotel. you will find in riyadh many other much much far and more better. So DO NOT BOOK THERE ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very much untrained on how to speak to residents. They are ignoring your orders; they dont give any consideration to your special requests. I requested to stay one more hour and they refused despite the very bad service the whole past day.
The receptionist Wael (I think this is his correct name) was provocative and trying to get you of your mind. He was very much an example of undesirable receptionist.
