★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Jay and Mr Farrooq were very professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend this spa to all. They need to update their website as tax is now 15% however, website states 5%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only called them but google keeps asking me to review. I called for a massage, they said around 700 SAR. I didn’t go. The telephone service was exactly as expected. No complaints here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first place that comes to my family’s mind and I when thinking of celebrating any of our special occasions is the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh. We celebrate our birthdays, promotions, weddings, and special evenings like New Years and Mother’s Day there all the time. It’s such a beautiful place with a variety of yummy food options. They have such a helpful and welcoming staff that’s makes your experience such a joy ??? special THANK YOU to : Nora Alrashed, Reema Alhagbani, Anwar Alrakan, Awadh Albugmi, Nawaf Matter, Farooq, Suliman, and Sandy Ojha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to take a a 90-minute Lomi-juma massage after a long month. I came early to enjoy the Spa facility before the session.
I must say the entire facility was clean and it felt like it was just prepared for my personal experience. From locker room to the the sauna to steam room and the jacuzzi, Jay, the masseur, was present through the entire visit explaining each step. The massage session was great as well.
I am definitely adding this experience as part of my future self-rewarding system ?
