In my wallet, I used to keep my meem credit card on top of all other credit cards mainly because of Cash Back program, and always tell my friend how practical, straight forward and amazing this program was. I have screened your merchandise and voucher list and with a simple calculation I found that my benefit has dropped from 3% to less than 1%. You have turned one of your customers from a spender cardholder to non-used cardholder

They ask to update Elm when the info is available in Absher. Meem bank, just putting digital name does not make you digital. Other non-digital bakla in Saudi are way ahead.

I suggest the Meem mangement to see the customer satisfaction who ever visting your office.
