โ โ โ โ โ Al-Rajhi is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Their security is outdated and because of their terrible security, almost five thousands SAR were stolen from my credit card even though the credit card was with me at the time. After over hundreds calls, the bank still did not help or refund my money. The bank is incompetent enough that they authorized a transaction even though it is done under a completely different signature.
They put me through an endless loophole of submitting complaints and complaints about the complaints that did not resolve my issue. I immediately transferred my income to another bank. Al-Rajhi became popular because of their claims to be in accordance with Islamic laws. Luckily, the bank is exposed now and it is the most notorious bank in the kingdom when it comes to fees and sucking money out of their poor customers who get loans. Their customer service is a whole another level of incompetence. ุงูููู

I tried opening a bank account online and it said that you have to visit your nearest local branch, till now i visited 4 branches and every branch told me system is down or to go to the other branch or open online(although it doesnโt work and showed them a screenshot), for the past month Iโve been in this loop, eventually i called alrajhi to justify my situation and then told me to raise a complaint in the app, its been a week and still no answer although it said with 12 hours. Because of that I decided not to open in alrjahi due to a very bad experience
