★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSBC U.SA Has to be one of the most opportunistic and unprofessional Global bank ever dealt with. Funds transiting their platforms constantly get held hostage and get milked for interest while their second or 3rd party clients frantically follow-up and complain to get it released. They, like cowards, wait until the last possible second of pressure mounting from their clients to release these payments. They will eventually lose loads of corporate and retail clients for their greedy mischief.

I have complained to the retail manager so many times to improve the call center service, but it all goes to deaf ears.. While trading on local Tadawul market, the speed of service matters, ill be shifting to another bank. I dont think they even care about these reviews. Please save your self huge efforts and open tadawul account with some other banks in the region. And yest HSBC have no Tadawul mobile app for easy trading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable bad service that doesn't match the name of HSBC. Branch manager Nahdi is an errogant person who doesn't know a thing about customer service. This capital bank is the worst in Saudi Arabia with zero services. They even don't have an app. And if u want to move your portfolios to another company they will ruin your life and ask u to fill a form with each stock by stock (not portfolio). Ridiculous service and I'm sure will file a complain. Someone needs to teach them a lesson or just force them to close this ridiculous company.
