Auto Lease Customer Services is very bad, long queue, long waiting time, careless employees! Even the mentioned waiting time is always not true, you may wait for hours to finish one small request!

Save you time looking for better bank. Auto Lease is just lowest profit rate which call for lowest level of service - bit disaster to have leased by car with them unprofessional level of service treating their customers and no knowledge base in employees for procedures or systems. SAMA should take action on this bank for their poor level of service and should not qualify banks like for their unsatisfactory levels of service. The Internet Banking is the worse , dont make the mistake of making Sadad Payments which should be immediate are stuck for days and requires continuous follow up. Please please save your time, imagine your cash is stuck with them and no way to help your self .. please please save your time, this bank is like a curse.

The auto lease for cars is one of the worst services they have here! My ticket showed that i have to wait for 50 mins and I actually waited for more than an hour and a half, all to tell me that they cannot finish what I’m asking for! Really one of the worst banks i had to deal with!

If there's a Zero rating, I would give them a big Zero. I have car leasing agreement with them since 2017, one branch to serve car leasing clients in Riyadh, you know you're going to waste hours of your time for even a very tiny service, that has 50% probability of not being done ! Submitted a request to reschedule installments (in a 2 hour visit, and only 15 minutes actual service time) since a week, re-visited them to sign the new agreement and discovered that the request wasn't processed by the responsible department who received it already. In the same day, I got a call from their legal department shouting at me asking why I am not paying (although I never been late in any installment) and treating me like an untrustworthy person although I am the one who is running after them to finish the rescheduling!!!! Needless to say that if you call them, prepare for waiting time 10-15 min if you chose any service other than car leasing, if car leasing selected, waiting time would be at least 17 minutes and up to 25+. Yes they treat car leasing customers as beggars! This is the worst ever banking experience I have ever seen! Don't take any service from this failing bank, they better shutdown operations in KSA and this would be a favor for customers and potential ones.

Worst Bank in Kingdom. No proper customer service and employees are not doing anything at all . Really very bad experience and will not deal with them again.

Bank looks impressive... Many counters for customer service and teller services but the main concern is speed and no.of employees.. though there are many CS counters ONLY 1 guy was working.... Their work is dead slow... I went there to update my iqama details because they don't update automatically through MOI... For this you have to fill 3 pages form with your details, iqama details, Salary details, national address, work address, home country details, declaration... Etc.. after filling these you need to wait min 20 mins per customer... There were only 2 customers before me and that took 1 Hr 5 Mins for my turn... They definitely need some serious training to fasten their services... I hope atleast next year they will implement automatic iqama update...

What a terrible service only one employee to servie all the customers. The waiting time is not Less than one hour. If you are a potential customer to this bank I would adive you to revise your decision. (auto leasing branch)
