★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمه عشان اعلق موظفة الصرف حولتني لفرع ثاني تقول حنا الاهلي مو سامبا قلت مااتحدتوا قالت الا بس الحسابات يمكن ماانفتحت عندنا مرة ثانيه روحي سامبا فرع التعاون رحت للتعاون ماصرفوا لي قالوا ماعندك حساب عندنا مانقدر نصرف كاش اسوأ خدمة صراحة افضل لهم يسكرون
 A star, to comment, the exchange employee transferred me to a second branch, she says Hanna Al-Ahly is not Samba. I said you did not unite. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة كثيره عليه من اسوء البنوك واقفين من ٢٠١٠ الى الحين خدمات سيئه وبطء بالخدمة وكل شوي يبونك تزورهم بالفرع .. وينهم ووين المنافسين
It has a lot of star among the worst banks standing from 2010 until now. Bad services and slow service. Every little bit, you visit them at the branch.. Where are they and where are the competitors?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع صغير وعليه زحمة جدًا ومافيه إلا موظفة خدمة عملاء واحدة فقط ! ياليت لو يكون فيه اكثر من موظفة لأن الفرع يحتاج ، مع الشكر الجزيل للأستاذة وجدان على خدمتها للعملاء بكل سرعة واتقان
واخص بالشكر الاستاذة لورين على ادارتها وحسن النتظيم والحرص على رضا العملاء ولطفها في التعامل

The branch is small and very crowded, and there is only one customer service employee! I wish it had more than one employee, because the branch needs, with many thanks to Professor Wejdan for her prompt and perfect service to clients.
I especially thank Mrs. Lauren for her management, good organization, keenness on customer satisfaction and her kindness in dealing
(The promotion of female employees and their good treatment will make you forget the crowds and waiting)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This NCB branch has a Ladies Section, where out of almost 10 customers, 2 are only working, where in processing any concerns of customers they take 30 minutes or more, I came here yesterday but did not process my concerns and told me to comeback today where in the line they accommodate a customer which should be after 4 of us. Very disappointing Branch. NCB's customer service are getting worse.
