โ โ โ โ โ The employees his name salman he is in kasir he is assaigment in enjazz branch al smashi he is hv bad attitude sometimes he will shouting the costumer and he will receive 1 person to send money for more than 3 beneficiaries and people in the line waiting longtime and line became long.

โ โ โ โ โ There's no proper step by step procedure for new customers. Some of the staffs are not accomodating and gives different instructions. Not enough tellers (workers) to accomodate large amount of customers that causes delays and waste of time.

โ โ โ โ โ they only have #2 cashier one is fast like a rabbit the other is slower than the turtle, it took me 50min to finish while the other queue was finish very fast.
more cashier need to be added to accomplish the service provided.

If you have a bank account, I prefer to us it because the fees is lower and you will avoid the misspelling problems.
Regarding the branch location, it's located in a busy area, so it's difficult to find a parking for your vehicle.
Anyway, be ready to park far away from the branch and to stay in a long line.
