★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء بنك ف العالم ارحلهم طلع اول اون لاين بعدين تعال عندنا رجعت السياره حملت التطبيق وكل شي الموقع معلق رجعتلهم يقولو ما بيدنا شي لازم اول اونلاين السستم شوي معلق اتصل على خدمة العملاء ما نقدر نساعدك لازم من الفرع والسستم مافيه شي قدمت شكوى ولا لها فايده حاليا رجعت اليوم الثاني بعد معاناه وانتظار طلعت حساب فين البطاقه ؟ روح استلمها من الخدمة الذاتيه لفيت الرياض ادور خدمة ذاتيه كلمت خدمة العملاء ما يمديك تطلع من الخدمة الذاتيه لازم من الفرع والمفروض الموظف يطلعلك الزبده اهم سؤال مين عطاهم افضل بنك لسنة 2021؟ اذا البنك اخذ جائزه احسن بنك فأعرفو انو مستوى التقييم والخدمة راح فيها وعلينا العوض بس حسبي الله عليهم والله مقهور معطيهم نجمة وحده كثيييير عليهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Relationship managers do not want to assist customers beyond any basic tasks - always throwing responsibilities to the call center or sabb customer care by email. Every request i have made has never been resolved until after months of unnecessary neglect from the relationship manager and multiple escalations/complaints. I recommend anyone to move away from this branch.
